With Windows 2000 the Common Dialogue supports thumbnail views of Windows supported files but the preview will not show for all Fx Image Manager supported files. In the below example bmp, gif, jpg, mpg, and png are displayed but there is no preview for the tga file.
However when selected the tga file is properly loaded and displayed.
There may be a significant delay while loading a movie as all frames are being loaded.
Once the movie is loaded you may select any frame and save it as any supported file type.
